Positive: Cottage was cosy and rustic, great for relaxing and spending time with family. Very spacious with lots of room for the five of us. Loved that there was a playground for our younger kids and beach access for us to enjoy. Conveniently located near both Charlottetown and Summerside where we were sightseeing.

Positive: Staff, Chloe was very helpful when the washing had broken down and there was no Aircon and peacefulness of the location. Cleaning the site each day, always there on site. Very happy staff always helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the 2 settees were comfortable as well.
Negative: Cabin at the back row would have liked one nearer the front. Road access was very bad to the site. Sign post not very clear from main road. Too far from main grocery shops.
Summary: Happy staff, clean accomodation, restful place to stay.

Positive: We were right on the beach and could go down to try clamming at low tide. Quiet and serene cottage with great views of the water. We could eat out and cook on the outdoor bbq. The manager is very responsive. There are laundry facilities available.
Negative: The kitchen sink area has water damage and possibly black mold around the base of the faucet. It was a little dark in the kitchen and dining area and could use more lighting.

Positive: Loved being right on the water at low tide enjoying the beautiful red sand and the birds.
Negative: After we checked in a fellow dropped off some firewood we purchased. We had him look at the floor heater. He said “it worked yesterday but not today.” He brought us two tiny space heaters. I said I was concerned about fire safety with those. After our campfire about 11:00 pm we headed in to our cottage. Plugged the one small space heater in and it was fine. Plugged the second small space heater in a second outlet and it blew a circuit that would not reset. It was a very cold dark night. We called the staff the next day as it was after 11 pm. No one was in the office that morning. We headed off to Nova Scotia. The best they said they could do was give us a $20 coupon or a 10% off for a future stay. That didn’t seem adequate as we live 1200 miles away. We enjoyed our stay but they really need to upgrade the electrical outlets and heating system as the temperatures drop in the fall.
Summary: Beautiful on the lake in Oct. but cold and dark with floor heater broken.
