Summary: Great location and communication with Carter Vacation Team. Place is a bit worn but very functional, only complaint was the property below was under construction and we found out 2 days before check in. The workers were fine, but frequently occupied the common area during the day. We also had work going on in other units which caused the power and water to be shut off for short periods of time. Hurricane did some lasting damage in areas, which is a tough thing for all in IRB.

Summary: The apt was comfortable, clean and in a great location. The downstairs apt under ours was under construction. From 7:30 until 4:30 Monday through Friday the noise was very bad to the point we could not stay there during the day. In my opinion the apt should not have been rented during this construction period. We were not notified in advance.

Summary: I’ve stayed here before. The only complaint is the sofa bed had no sheets and was not clean. I had to go buy some sheets before I’d let my granddaughter sleep on it. The only other complaint which is by no means the owners fault is there were some very loud and obnoxious guests that thought it appropriate to yell and cuss till 5 am. I will stay here again.
