Positive: The property is in an older gated community with easy beach access just a block away. The unit has been recently remodeled and updated with furnishings and accommodations to handle 5/6 comfortably. The property also has access to the pool and recreational facilities of the HOA. In addition, the unit has a very nice backyard patio area that we used daily to relax and unwind after excursions to the beach and local attractions. Highly recommended!!

Negative: Everything was great with the unit, but we would have liked to have an extra key to access the pool and beach. Also, there was no propane tank to use the fire table. Didn't really need it for the weather we had, but that may have been nice for a cooler evening.

Positive: The home was spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. We loved that it was close to so much, but tucked away in a safe quiet neighborhood. The hosts were helpful and responsive. It was great having a washer and dryer and the pool was so close and we had to ourselves almost every night. Highly recommend.

Positive: Great location next to one of the best beaches in all of PR, Playa Azul. Very comfortable beds, and very dark curtains allowed us to get great rest. Very close to the famous kioskos of Luquillo and walking distance to other restaurants and coffee shops, or even Walgreens if you need it.

Negative: No complaints, I would recommend this place.

Positive: This property is situated in a nice gated community just a short walk from the beach. Nice living area, patio with two hammocks that were awesome in the afternoon. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for my family of six. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Great location near East side of island.
