Positive: The location was great, just steps from the beach. It was also within walking distance to restaurants and a food truck right on the beach. There is also a grocery store a few blocks away that you can drive to. We managed to arrive in Puerto Rico as a short island-wide power outage struck. The property had everything we needed - back up batteries for a fan and phone charger. Jose was a very responsive host. The power was returned that evening. The property was much bigger than expected, very clean, and in a safe neighborhood. We had no issues walking around after dark.

Summary: Short walk to the ocean in a quiet neighborhood.

Positive: All was great - location, spaciousness, a few bottles of water and beer in the refrigerator just waiting for me on arrival. Coffee, easy to use coffee maker and real creamers! A block to the beach, easy to walk around neighborhood, coffee/lunch spot nearby. Hosts responsive

Negative: An email from booking agent did not have all the arrival information, including lack of number for lock box. However, host was easy to reach and walked me through the process. Host sent me email that had been sent to booking agent. Booking agent sent me a truncated version!

Positive: The apartment is large and close to the sea. The bed was very comfortable. Juan is very fast in responding to messages and was very flexible to respond to my requests. Great value for money!

Negative: A hairdryer would be nice. Also I didn’t manage to get hot water in the shower. The neighbors were constantly watching TV very loud.

Positive: Perfect little house for a couple! Perfect location! The beach just around the corner! Lots just within walking distance! the place was clean and comfortable with TV air conditioning and everything you need for your stay! The owners were very helpful and accommodating!!
