Positive: Cleanliness, situation, roominess, quietness, TV, kitchen facilities, friendliness of owner, parking space, most things!

Negative: Nothing of note: lack of wardrobe in one room, no toilet brush in one room, only a small mirror, no bread knife. Really tiny things! A towel rail would also be nice.
