Positive: We enjoyed our break away from busy city life in this lovely tranquil home. Beautifully decorated with a modern kitchen and dining area, including everything we needed. Friendly hosts, very kind and thoughtful made our stay extra special with lovely gifts and games set up for our children on arrival. The beds were very comfortable and lounge area was great to relax in. We thoroughly enjoyed the splash pool and the hot tub was an amazing added bonus in an exquisite garden filled with a variety of toys and games to keep our children busy. Lovely, quiet surrounding area, lots places nearby to eat out. We had a lot of sun, allowing us to spend most of our time in the wonderful garden.

Positive: A great hunt with clues for our grandchildren on arrival, plus a nice welcome pack for us all! A fantastic garden with plenty of things to do to keep the young ones busy all day
Negative: Not the best mattress in the downstairs bedroom. A bit squeaky too. All other beds were fine. Traffic noice

Positive: Everything was so clean and pleasant. The hot tub and pool were amazing touches. We must of spent about 80% of our stay in either of them😂. We went to celebrate my girlfriends 21st birthday, and I messaged Tracey and asked if I had some decorations delivered would she be able to put them up and she had no issue in doing so(they looked amazing). It had everything you could wish for and with a pub on the doorstep. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone as we really enjoyed our weekend. When we arrived Tracey showed us a folder which stayed in the house with all sorts of important information in. It alerted us to villages close and things to do that were close by. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Negative: It’s not the fact we didn’t like it but the WiFi signal was rubbish. However we quite enjoyed cutting off from the rest of the world😂
Summary: Amazing experience. Definitely would return.

Positive: The place had beautiful views around, rolling hills and lovely countryside. It had a nice energy and we had the most fantastic time. The hostess was very kind and helpful. We are all very sad that our holiday had to end.

Positive: Great location close to lots of places. Good size for one medium to large family. We are family of 4 and had more bedrooms than needed but communal space just right for us. Nothing really in walking distance if you require that (there is a pub, we didn't try it) but plenty less than half hours drive away. A pretty village. Fantastic garden and garden games/ paddling pool/ hot tub. Unfortunately it rained the whole week but in good weather we would have been out there all day and evening. Very helpful host. En suite bath has lovely view. Good WiFi (poor phone reception if that's relevant to you...wasn't to us...)
Negative: Everything was to a good standard and we have no complaints. We have stayed in similar standard places for less and although it is very lovely, it isn't really "5 star" or luxury in my opinion if that is what you are after. I don't think it would work for 2 families but for our family of 4 was great as we had a spare bedroom (the adjoining one) and plenty of space to eat/ watch TV etc. The hosts property does overlook the garden a little and is very close. Not a huge issue for us but if you want secluded privacy this is not for you.
