4 Bedroom House in Nambucca Heads

This holiday house is within walking distance to the beaches, has glimpse of ocean views, a large back deck where you can sit back and relax, and a large back garden. The property has plenty of natural character and unique attributes including the laundry chute, bidet toilet, the black and white style of the carpet in lounge room, carved out anchors in the dining room door frame architrave and a red kitchen to add a splash of colour.
There are 3 bedrooms, two with built in wardrobes and all have ceiling face. The dining and lounge area are combined allowing the property to be very family orientated. There is also wifi supplied. The property has three sets of single bunks, a single bed, two queen beds and a futon lounge sleeping up to 8 people.
Bellinger street is located between Nambucca’s two main beaches, there is a 200-300 metre walk through a coastal rainforest that will bring you onto Bilbies beach. All main amenities, café’s, shops, pubs and clubs are only a short drive away or possibly a 10-15 minute walk away.
NB:
- PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Fees will apply if noise complaints are reported throughout your stay.
- There is no air-conditioning, however there is standing fans provided for all rooms.
- There is LIMITED street parking and guest to bring a maximum of THREE vehicles.
- Toiletries are NOT provided, please bring your own products, for example soap, shampoo, spare toilet paper etc.
- 4 night minimum bookings during off peak seasons

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place. Plenty of room for everybody. Great BBQ area. You can walk to the beach and it is a short distance but its pretty hard going you wouldn't be able to pack up for a beach day and get down (more to the point back up) the steep track. The beach near the vwall is a 5min drive and it's so awesome there!!

Summary: We loved our stay! The house has lots of personality and is comfortable. Lots of rooms and beds. There is a track down to the beach.. the beach isn’t a safe beach for swimming, but you can keep walking along to Shelley Beach which is a good spot for a swim. Loved the spare shower and toilet under the house, the big deck, all the games and dvds for the kids, the huge amount of kitchen supplies and the laundry Shute! Didn’t like the sheets, doonas and doona covers… they are all polyester. Next time you need to purchase bedding, please consider natural fibres. It’s much nicer for sleeping in and nicer for the environment too.

Summary: The house is well suited for a large family with everyone having their own space, the extra toilet and shower is very handy too. The house advertises ceiling fans but there is only 1 and the Pedestal fans provided for the other rooms are not enough as the house is very hot with no cross breeze it could do with screens on the only 2 doors that lead to the deck for the breeze to come through. But my family and I enjoy the house and Nambucca and would recommend it.

Summary: The property is very big with multiple room living areas and little hidden spots all over the house which the kids loved to explore and hide. So many beds great kitchen and bathroom. Beach access down a hilltop track through the bush. Overall we loved our stay.
