Positive: The apartment was clean, well equipped, the balcony was nice and big to enjoy time outside. Kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The host took very good care of us, making sure we had everything we needed and gave good tips to restaurants, beer gardens around etc.
Negative: The main bedroom is open to the rest of the apartment. So if staying with more people, you have to be aware that there is really only one totally separated bedroom. Also if you want to use the washer, it's in the basement of the building shared with others, which made it a bit inconvenient to find a time to use it. Also change is needed for the washer and dryer. Not a huge deal, but if you need to wash your clothes, something to be aware of.
Summary: Great stay in a very nice apartment with good access to public transportation

Positive: Our vacation was with two kids. There was enough room for everyone. The house was very well designed for comfort and also with aesthetic. The view from the main saloon was a beautiful tree with autumn leaves. Terraces were comfortable for who wants a little peace. The supermarket, restaurant and cafe in Stockdorf (Gauting) were close to the apartment. In addition, going to the city center was very easy with public transportation.

Positive: Good apartment, good relaxing location, many places to sleep, up to 5. We had a great stay, would consider again coming to W&A's place.
Negative: No AC so it can get too hot inside if the weather is hot. There are fans but they were dusty, they can be cleaned better and more often.

Positive: The loft is great. Nicely decorated, clean and spacious with two terraces. We used the main terrace every morning and enjoyed our coffee and the sound of the birds chirping in the morning. We also saw a squirrel neighbor 🐿️. There is a big and well supplied Edeka nearby as well as few restaurants. The apartment a few mins away from the S6 station (Stockdorf) which takes you to the center (Marienplatz) in 20 mins) or any other direction as you might wish. We came for Adele’s concert in Messe Munich, went to and come back from the venue easily. Also we reached all other city spots smoothly and easy. The hosts Andrea and Wolfgang are great and they welcomed us in person and made sure we have everything we needed. I hope I will have opportunity to come again soon and I highly recommend the place.
Summary: Amazing loft, well positioned, nice and warm hosts.
