Summary: My friend locked the door from the knob instead of the electronic lock, the owner was very responsive on how we could get back in. The house is beautiful and the only minor thing on cleaning is dustboards need dusting. Additional supplies like toilet paper and trash bags was limited was our only negative. The neighborhood is very walkable and we walked in the morning and evening. Lovely location. Instructions posted on how to make main hall shower worki might be helpful. For those reading this on the spout where water comes out, pull down will make shower work.

Summary: This was a great property and was well suited for everyone to be together and chat and watch a game on tv. Our group lived the games provided!

Summary: The property is in a nice suburban location in lexington. 10-15 min from anywhere host was very thoughtful and let us check in early! Only reason not five stars is the bathrooms were not updated and less than we had for for the price. However would stay again.

Summary: Beautiful and safe area. House is in great shape. We had 7 adult males and plenty of space. Great stay and an exceptional value Parking more than 3 cars would be difficult

Summary: The beds were nice and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. The location in town was perfect for our needs. Kitchen had plenty of storage and appliances. Yet the property is rough around the edges: draft under patio door made it very cold, no toilet paper holder or hand towel holder in the downstairs bathroom, leak in master closet, no exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom, light fixtures needing bulbs. Overall the DIY paint and fixes are apparent.
