Positive: Location and the view. We loved that it is beachside and the beach is nice. We also loved the balcony.
Negative: The room was a bit small for the bed. The price was higher than expected.

Positive: The beach, pool and morning lattes.
Negative: My one bedroom was 2 stories. There was a spiral staircase to the bedroom. Never knew the unit would be two floors!!!! I was with my 84-year-old mother and she was unable to sleep up in the bedroom. Unfortunately, she had to sleep on the sofa bed on the first floor to be near the bathroom. No bathroom upstairs. The sofa bed mattress was very thin. Felt bad because I know she didn't sleep well. I was never informed about the bedroom being upstairs. They were unable to give us another room. I'm very disappointed I was not informed that there would be two stories to our one bedroom unit. We saw many ants crawling around. Each day we would see 4 to 5 ants.
Summary: Other than spiral stairway, it was very good.

Negative: There was no table inside of the room. The room was for four people but only three could sit and eat inside of the room. There was a light that stayed on all night outside of the room in a room where people slept with lack of adequate curtains. There was restricted access to things like extra pillows and beach/pool towels.
Summary: We still had a lot of fun!

Positive: The location is absolute perfection. The room is modern, spacious, and had all that I needed.
Negative: I am 5'2" tall. The dishes and glasses were in cabinets over the refrigerator and in a high cabinet over the sink. I couldn't reach them, so I was not able to use them. So I didn't cook or bring in leftovers which limited my meal choices.
Summary: My stay was very pleasurable; I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Soundings.
