Summary: I would not book at this resort again because I feel that their website as well as hotel.com pictures and description of this resort do not at all match the room where we stayed. The private beach, outdoor pool, hot tub, and grill areas were very nice. We did not use the indoor pool because we had great weather. It was nice to have free washers/dryers available. We really liked Dennosport. But beware - this resort has rooms that do not reflect what they show on their own website and also which don’t match what hotels.com has on their booking site. I had to really fight to get a $300 refund. I really feel that we deserve more but got tired of long phone calls. We never would have spent the money knowing what the unit would actually look like. I think the issue is that these are mostly timeshares so it seems that each unit is different. The kitchen in ours was dated as was the furniture. There was what looked like a kitchen island in the bedroom with a sink. Really weird. I tried to complain about our room at the front desk, but was told that they couldn’t help us because we booked through hotels.com. They said that they were not responsible for the pictures posted through the booking site. My beef is that the resort’s actual website is just as misleading. From the outside, it looks like the rooms in the front building right on the ocean are a lot newer or possibly remodeled. Rooms in the back building are lesser. Summary: Great spot!! Room was very clean and great size, we had a two bedroom suite. All the pools were heated and they had chairs available for you on the beach.

Summary: Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location was very central to many highlights of Cape Cod. Being right on the beach and able to catch a gorgeous sunrise was amazing. We are a family of 5 and space wasn’t conducive - with couch pulled out, very little seating, minimal cooking facilities and dining table was high top with only 4 chairs. Kids loved pool/hot tub but they were in need of maintenance (scum on pool tiles and staining in hot tub).

Summary: The hotel was very clean, grounds were extremely nice the view was fantastic.There was some construction (maintenance) going on but nothing unusual for this time of year to get ready for summer 03/2025. Want to stay here again. Only thing is they should have a restaurant somewhere in the hotel. Wheelchairs can maneuver in the rooms but not overly wheelchair friendly but manageable. They also need to put in an elevator for handicap patrons to rent second floor rooms and not hoping that they have a first floor room available. Not to much thought went into wheelchair patrons.
