Positive: Charming house in a quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to city center.
Negative: The description of what we booked (and paid for) on booking.com was very much different to what was offered once we arrived (no separate bedroom, no kitchenette, bathroom was across the landing and was shared with another room, room was smaller then advertised , etc.) The host seemed surprised by the incorrect info and offered a solution.
Summary: Charming house, check room description with owner before booking !

Positive: The description on Booking.com was not right. Therefore we thought we booked two bedrooms instead of 1. The owner handled it very nice.
Negative: The owner couldn't help dat we had to share our bathroom the last night.

Negative: Cleanliness could really be improved. Futons were not futons but rather blankets. Bed sheets would need to be changed after each guest

Positive: The room was nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable with good mattresses. The room is suitable for a family. The kitchen was free accessible and everything was there to prepare a good meal (which we did for 3 nights).
Negative: The bathroom was on the corridor and you had to pass through the bathroom of another room in order to reach your own bathroom. Further its was clean and complete.
Summary: Nice comfortabel place with good cooking opportunities. .
