Positive: Staff was very helpful and nice; the location was close to the train station and easy to get to centre from; the room was a good size. We could see the real Hamburg, and not just the city centre.

Negative: Bed was VERY soft, and after a few night I started to feel pain in my lover back; breakfast was overpriced.

Summary: We had a nice stay, and I would use BO Hotel Hamburg again...but with our own breakfast ;)
