Summary: Overall, it’s a great place to stay with a nice personal touch as all the staff are very nice and accommodating it’s right in the inner city super close to all restaurants etc

Summary: Our room was a good size, bright and airy (not always possible in Palma) and perfectly clean. The hotel team were fab. However a major disappointment was the breakfast; we’ve had much better in other hotels in Palma. The buffet selection was poor, unappealing and often ran out. We were surprised given that the hotel is linked to Ritzi restaurant.The hot food not particularly enjoyable sadly. And on one day only one waitress on breakfast shift to attend to many guests; she was run off her feet and clearly couldn’t cope. We really felt for her. Sadly we won’t be returning but only because of the breakfast.

Summary: Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spotless. Bed was comfortable. Great bathroom and shower. Can't beat the location as you are a couple minutes walk to the harbor, the Cathedral, dozens of cafes and restaurants, shopping, Old Town, etc. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop terrace. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Palma

Summary: Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Very pleasant room and the hotel is situated in a delightful area of the city, near the marina, cathedral and many good shops and restaurants. I think from the research we did it is good value - given that Palma seems to be quite an expensive place hotel wise. It’s a boutique sort of hotel. There is a good restaurant and a roof terrace which we didn’t have time to visit, but no real public areas to say, sit and read the paper during the day. All in all though, we had a really good stay. Great staff. Lovely square just nearby with good restaurants too.

Summary: I like everything about this property but the water. It took forever to get hot water and when it came it was inconsistent. One second hot the next cold. It makes for a horrible shower.
