Easy online check in and quick arrangements with lovely Mrs. Maria via whats app. Amazing experience in Palma.

Positive: The apartment, located in the city center, is exactly as shown in the photos – clean, spacious, and very well-equipped (including air conditioning and a small kitchen with everything you need). The host was extremely friendly and attentive, provided us with all the useful information about the area, and welcomed us with cold water and sparkling wine – a much-appreciated gesture!

Positive: Absolutely first class location and apartment which suited our needs perfectly- we were in Palma for a wedding and it served as a great base to tour the town and surrounding wedding locations. The outside/terrace area is a real bonus and why we chose the apartment
Negative: Struggled at first with the key pad entry however once we'd got the hang of it we werent inconvenienced again

Positive: Very nice, modern, clean and comfortable flat and the location was excellent. Good air conditioning.
Negative: There was a lot of noise coming from the flat above so it seems the floors are not soundproof. There was also noise coming from the restaurants nearby as it's a busy area but very central.

Positive: Great size apartment with all the facilities that you could need. Good communication from La Lonja Homes, Dario was very helpful. Fantastic location with everything on the doorstop.
Negative: The towels have seen better days and the shower screen in the large bathroom needs a seal - it’s difficult to have a shower without getting water all over the floor.
