3 Bedroom Apartment in Central - Terry, Billings

Uniquely modern Montana experience - Come enjoy your stay and take in the custom Montana fir floors, new appliances, stacker washer and dryer as well as a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. This unit has three spacious rooms. Two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed. And the upstairs/loft bedroom has its own queen bed. The downstairs bathroom has a large custom tiled shower with a stacker washer and dryer. The upstairs bathroom also has a custom tiled shower. Guests also have access to a beautiful Sundance Spa and dry sauna.
Main Floor: Nice large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, utensils, plates, bowels, cups, pots, pans and so much more.
Bedroom 1: King bed, spacious closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, spacious closet.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs loft): queen bed and futon couch
Bathroom: Large custom tiled shower with stacker washer and dryer.
Living/dining room - smart tv with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and many other apps. You will need to use your own account to log into each app. Nice leather recliner and couch to relax and unwind. Oak hardwood table to enjoy your home-cooked meal or take-out.
Upstairs/Loft: Nice queen bed (sleeps 2) plus a futon that easily sleeps one. Awesome gas fireplace that makes the loft extra cozy and perfect for those chilly Montana evenings. The loft has a nice kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee pot, electric grille, plates, bowls, cups and utensils. As well as a nice spacious bathroom with custom tiled shower.
Hot tub and dry sauna - guests have access to a beautiful Sundance Spa and dry sauna. The hot tub and dry sauna are available to guests in my other units as well (shared space). The hot tub is available from 8am to 10pm and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Summary: Overall neighborhood feels safe. They had some snow and driveway was cleaned off but there was a small path from us walking. Steps were not shoveled so we did it ourselves. Not a huge deal but elderly parents got there before we did. Overall it was a nice place, needs a little updating.. Love the hot tub! Property manager was quick to get outlet fixed in bathroom.

Summary: Another couple was supposed to be with us, but unforeseen events happened, so it was just my husband and I. We didn’t use the upstairs at all, but the main floor suite was very nice. We arrived in the evening, so it was dark, but the owner left outside and inside lights on for us. The only hiccup we had was the door handle/lock was sticky. We just pulled out on the handle and the the lock opened very easily. The shower was amazing - lots of pressure and hot water. The cupboards had lots of dishes and even lots of extra staples. The bed was comfy. If our friends would have come, there isn’t a lot of cozy seats to visit or watch the tv. That would be our only recommendation otherwise our stay was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We were fortunate enough to find this super cool house on a trip to Kalispell. The house is PERFECT! The owner is so nice and accommodating, even allowing us to add a day to the reservation last minute. There were 3 of us and each had our own room and all of us agreed the place is awesome! Hot tub out back was clean and nice to use. Location made it easy to grab food and made a great base of operations as we rafted and enjoyed the area. Love how.it was decorated and had everything you could possibly need. If coming to Billings def stay here, we really enjoyed it!
