Summary: I recently visited for a golf trip to the State College area. This property is conveniently located close to everything we played and was roughly 1 minute to the Mountain View Clubhouse. The property is also close to Happy Valley Brewing, which is always a must stop for our group. Ownership was very responsive to questions and the property easily accommodated four adults. The basement is very spacious and the master suite is also very spacious. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay just as much as I did.

Summary: This townhouse is clearly cared for by the owners. Top notch in every way. Clean to the point of sanitized, I could not have been more pleased (that's top of my list). The linens are new, soft and hotel quality. The basement is a great size for the kids to hang out but also makes a great 2nd master (sans the ensuite) The kitchen has everything you would need to feed a large group- even a second set of silverware. When I see a listing for 3 bedrooms I think its on the smaller side. But this home feels large, it is very well planned. We were up for a ski race at Tussey and it could not have been closer. 30 seconds or less to the main road, left turn, drive 1000 feet and take the right that leads to Tussey. I rate this home in the top places I have stayed in this price range. Stop your search, this is the place!
