Negative: Our stay was okay, unfortunately we were unaware that there was someone in the basement of the home that was not disclosed by booking.com non the agent that I spoke with upon completing of booking that should have been disclosed I was told by the host on Thursday name Doris (manager), as a manager she was not willing to hear our concern never apologized not one, did not even acknowledged that we were unaware of the fact the house was a condo, we were of the understanding that it was the entire house being rented out to us, she never once stopped and said I understand, as a manager myself I would take the client disappointments into consideration and symmetrize then and listen that was not okay
Summary: Outside on the surprised of person/persons being in the basement we had a blessed time thank you
