Summary: the (732)793-1735 number does not work or no one answers but I received a call back from a Mr.Muhammad who was very friendly, accommodating & very helpful. the rooms are clean but very cramp & there are no closets or places to hang clothes. only other furniture in the room were 2 nightstands with a lamp with 3 small drawers & a desk with no chair. we stayed in a very nice single bed room during a very cold & very windy rainstorm. outside cold air leaked thru around the A/C unit below the window. there was no heat in the room but an electrical space heater was provided, which needed to be set on medium or low, or else it may trip a circuit breaker, which happened during our stay. the walls are thin so you may hear the other hotel guests next door & they can hear you. highly suggest to bring extra towels , hand towels & wash cloths. there is parking on the property but very limited to maybe a 1/2 dozen vehicles. on a nice summer day, the hotel is very ideal & conveniently located right on the boardwalk

Summary: I was charged $250 to stay in a closet with a bathroom. Bathroom was falling apart as well as "furniture" in the room. Bed was worse than a college dormroom mattress. Never again.

Summary: Love the view from the room. Room is about what I expected. It’s a shore hotel. It’s meant to be a place to sleep and change from beach attire to walking the boardwalk attire. Room was cleaned before I arrived as the smell of cleaning chemicals was very strong. Portable heater in the room as the room didn’t have a permanent source of heat, and even on low the room was comfortable at all times. Fridge was not plugged in when I arrived and I didn’t notice it right away and had a couple things in the fridge for awhile before I noticed. My only complaint is the bathroom had a near constant heavy smell of cigarettes. Check in/check out was a little odd as there was no one present. I arrived early and had business to attend to so I wanted to pay my balance and wait for the room to be ready. There seemed to be some confusion as to what I wanted to do and when I returned later in the day the key was waiting for me. Still not sure if my card ever got run. I often need to find a place to stay in the off season when I have to come to town for business and I can say that I would stay here again. Rates were reasonable and I liked being right on the boardwalk.

Summary: Romantic weekend getaway. Enjoyed the boardwalk and the nightlife. Prefer off season and not in season for mpre quiet times

Summary: We arrived to an open window and 64 degrees inside the room. No heater to warm it up ac units still in window dog next door barked for hours then the owners came home and stomped around upstairs. Very noisy. Impossible to sleep. The next day the room was warmer because we closed the window Very nosy and can here every sound the the rooms next to you. Probably fine if you’re out late and don’t have kids.

Summary: Love this place and the guy who runs it is just so nice. We get the top floor room right off the rooftop patio and he has had no problem coming up to help us with the tv. Very friendly.
