Positive: Easy to find and easy parking. Very close to the lake, with a great yard and two outdoor seating spaces. Was happily surprised to find a hammock as well! Nice layout, with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the home and each with its own bathroom. Comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay and them some. Would be good for a long stay, as it's got a washer/dryer and full kitchen. A/C works well, though it's a bit noisy. There is also road noise, as the home is on a street corner. There were fans provided for white noise, and earplugs helped too so it didn't bother me. The hosts were great!
Negative: Extremely scented by plug ins upon arrival... resolved the issue by removing them and airing the place out for awhile. I'm sure you could request them to be removed ahead of time if it's an issue for you, as the hosts were very responsive and kind. There were lots of decorations, art, and fake plants that do not seem to get dusted. The back bedroom window didn't have a screen.

Positive: Loved the fenced-in yard for our Fur Baby. It was so much nicer than a hotel and so peaceful. Thank you so much. we had a relaxing weekend 😊 and this being our first Air B&B, we loved it and will do it again.
Negative: The yard did have a few stickers, but the patio was really nice.

Positive: The location was right down the road from Westlake park. It was a short drive from a highway. The beds were very comfortable, each room with its own private bathroom. The place was clean and the lock system made it very easy to get into the place on the first day.
Negative: My only complaint is how difficult it is to get the air to circulate in the bedrooms. I stayed in the west room and it remained pretty warm the whole time. I’d recommend including another fan or two!
Summary: Amazing! If I’m back in the area, I’d book the same place.

Positive: I booked the trottage when my daughter and I came to Denton for my eldest daughter’s graduation from UNT. We loved the interior design, cleanliness, outdoor seating and location. I loved all the art and outdoor patio. We celebrated Mother’s Day and graduation together. Mother’s Day we went to the neighboring waterfront park.
