Positive: The coolest place I have stayed in a long time. Even the locals come to have there photos taken in front of the Boats at night when it’s all lit up. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Negative: There’s nothing to dislike about starting here.

Positive: The marina location is a short walk from both the border with Gibraltar and from La Línea town centre. Very handy for shops and restaurants. The 1972 bar is a great addition. Especially the take out options. The security getting onto the jetty was very good. Free car parking an added bonus.
Negative: Unfortunately the night we arrived some party goers in a bar on the esplanade continued their party very loudly until 7am. There was also a similar problem on our last night with a party on the nearest beach in Gibraltar. Not a lot anyone can do about this as sound travels far over water. Not too happy with having to put used toilet paper into a dustbin instead of flushing. The resulting smell attracts the mosquitoes!. And is not pleasant to live with! Would like to see more cutlery and plates in a 6 berth boat. Only 4 sets were available. This was a little awkward when we invited friends who live locally for drinks and tapas on board. Perhaps put the bikes onto the jetty and add some extra bins for recycling.

Positive: If I could move here I would, it is spacious and in such a pretty location. The attention to detail is incredible. Smart TV’s and air con include. Anything we needed was included, we had food and drinks out of the boat bar at reasonable cost and wonderful service. We popped over to the rock as it’s so close. We enjoyed an amazing sunset from our top deck watching the fish swimming below us.
Negative: We only stayed one night and wanted to stay longer.

Positive: One of the more interesting hotels I've been to. Overall its not big, but was plenty for three people. Has all things you might need: stove, kettle, bed and extra covers, heater/AC, shower in the bathroom, shampoo, hair dryer and a smart TV which we used to watch a movie in the eveining when it was raining outside. Also there is a little pizza/food boat where you can get food and drinks. Each boat has a porch on top of it, but sadly we did not get to use it due to heavy rain outside during our stay. The host is quite quick to respond, the location is about a 5min walk from the Gibraltar boarder, there is a free parking for guests for the time of the stay. Overall a nice and interesting experiance.
