Positive: Apartment is comfy and has everything required to make a self catering stay possible. Easy to book, a good price and the staff on site are always lovely Appartment is cleaned everyday if required. (We mostly declined) Kitchen well equipped The patio gets the morning sun so breakfast outside in Feb is great.
Negative: We have stayed in this property before and it's been peaceful but things have changed. It now backs onto a major building site with dumper trucks and bleeping lorries reversing. This will be the case for a long time into the future. There is also a problem with barking dogs which can be heard from the patio. They are fairly persistent. On a general point the whole Boavista site now feels like a huge building/ development program. The owners will not stop building, no green space is safe and this once fairly tranquil setting has the sound of angle grinders, cranes, hammers, excavation and piling in several locations.
Summary: We loved our stay at Boavista, its just a bit nousier than before.

Positive: East facing patio for breakfast outside. Kitchen spacious. Well equiped Wi fi worked well Free access to nearby outdoor pool lovely.
Negative: Local dogs barking fairly incessantly. We could have done with info on using the safe. More tv channels would have been useful. We were locked inside the outside pool at 5.20. The info said the pool was shut from 6. The clocks had changed that weekend which may explain it. We think the gate locked automatically at 5 rather than 6. We had to call security to let us out. We would have appreciated two keys to the apartment door. We only received one.
Summary: Loved it. Weather fine, people friendly. The apartment is excellent. Many thanks for letting us stay

Positive: We were 2 adults and 2 child and it was amazing because the house is pretty close to the pool, just across the street which is very conveniente. It was very good that we needed a magic wand and the house didn't have one but they took one.

Positive: The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are spacious and the beds are good.
Negative: The humidity in the apartment is always high in spring, but there is NO mold. Everything was very clean.

Positive: Perfect location for golf. Well stocked for self catering. Guessing 15/20 yrs old, decent size, great layout, more traditional than modern. Great value too
Negative: No instructions or manuals left in room for Safe, heating, oven controls etc. asked at Careways management company but they were poor. Owner comms was good, but consequently we couldn’t eat in as often as planned as oven temp dial came off and didn’t get fixed, nor any communication from management company to let us know. Shame as really enjoyed our stay here and would come back
