Summary: Wonderful getaway for long holiday weekend. Short trip from Raleigh Durham. Easy access to beach, close to drivable beach access if you have 4 wheeled drive. Easy walk to Carolina Boardwalk for the teenagers. Clean condo with full amenities and a pool. Beautiful porches and view of the sound. Perfect for families.

Summary: We were at Bobs Island Retreat at the end of July. We absolutely LOVED everything about the property. The condo was clean, had fantastic decor and had everthing we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our time so much that as soon as we were able to come back, we did! This week did not disappoint. We took advantage of the beach near the condo, which was a change from our stay in July as we had other family staying near the boardwalk. It was nice being close to the beach. Our host was available as he had been last time and was reasonable and accommodating and house rules were clearly stated. We are hoping to make this a regular vaction spot. Thank you so much for the use of your fabulous condo.
