Positive: The bathroom was very nice and clean, with a very nice shower! The bed was clean as well. Although there were some things I didn’t like, the owner seemed to be really nice.

Negative: I felt the advertisement was pretty misleading. Yes, there is a separate entrance, however, it could have been explained that this is still a room accessible by the rest of the house, which I would not have booked had I known beforehand for privacy reasons. One door in the bathroom now has a towel rack and can’t be opened, but the other room is behind that black curtain and is easily accessible. I would have appreciated the knowledge of that, due to the sounds of what sounding like a laundry room on the other side of the door and strong food smells from cooking, not that I think any of that was intentional or completely unbearable. I did find a dead roach in the closet as well, which was something I didn’t like because I don’t do bugs or anything of the nature at all. Also something to note is that there is a air conditioning unit that can be a bit noisy right outside the door and the pathway to the private entrance was very poorly maintained for guests, as you have to walk in the grass a majority of the way and it often smells of garbage/sewage, which may not be specifically them, but just something to note.

Positive: The location was great. Not too far from where I needed to attend the event.

Negative: It was raining so there was mud and a huge puddle in front of the entrance door. But nothing too serious.

Summary: Thank you very much. I would absolutely like to stay there again.
