Summary: The ground floor apartment was great, close to the pool. It was not too far from downtown. Beds very comfortable and air-condition working good. Had no issues with check in and access. It only needs more towels and pillows.

Summary: Great location. Beds were wonderful and extremely comfy. Dust was evident in home which triggered our allergies. Lighting was poor in master and closets. Write up states laundry, but it’s on site not in actual apt. Minimal towels and dishes. We did stay 5 nights so prob longer than most bookings.

Summary: This property was quiet and the location was also good. The property manager Jason was very sweet and what ever we needed he moved very swiftly. Over all I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely be back. Thanks Jason!

Summary: The four of us had a great time in South Lamar. The gym, pool, large TV’s and powerful AC was perfect for downtime. Downtown was 15 minutes away, and we took a 45-min drive to Krause Springs on the days off (my activity recommendation!) Radio Coffee is walking distance, and is the best coffee, taco and hangout spot in the neighborhood, and Target is less than 5 minutes away!

Summary: Jason was a wonderful host, was always quick to respond if we had questions and had a welcome pack online with easy instructions for check in as well as a local guide for things to do nearby. His place is right by the pool and lots of great restaurants and outdoor hangouts! Would strongly recommend!

Summary: The setup of the apartment was good for me and my two cats. The floors were easy to clean, and I was able to cover the furniture and protect it for the cats' lounging pleasure. The unit itself is a bit noisy. The walls are thin, and a couple of rule-breaking neighbors made the last part of my stay unpleasant. The property managers were responsive, though. The location turned out to be extremely convenient -- groceries and other conveniences were short driving or long walking distance away. Although I wouldn't stay here because of the neighbors, it is a good property.
