Summary: First time using Vrbo. It was a simple process. Place was just as advertised. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the bed was a bit too squeaky. It would squeak with any movement but other than that it was all good.

Summary: This was an excellent location for us. Loved the dedicated, off-street parking, air conditioning and laundry facilities. If I could change one thing, a firmer mattress would be nice.

Summary: We had a nice stay at Rashaka's apartment. The apartment was very clean, in a nice neighborhood, and we had everything we needed. It is close to restaurants and businesses, so you have easy access to anything you need. Rashaka was very responsive when we contacted him. A very enjoyable stay! Thanks, Rashaka!

Summary: In town for the Austin Film Festival. The location was a little far from downtown, but that was on purpose as I rented a bike so I could get some cycling in while I was in town. Safe neighborhood, walking distance to good coffee and restaurants on Lamar. Apartment is simple but exactly what I needed as I was really just there to sleep and get ready in the mornings. I plan on coming back annually for the festival and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
