Positive: The bed was very comfortable. Staff were accommodating with late checkout request (with a fee) Views from the room were lovely Staff were helpful and very obliging Greeted with a welcome drink and cake
Negative: The blind into the room did not provide sufficient privacy - you could see through the blinds and into other peoples room. As result they did not feel very private. The room was fully bright in the morning also as they were not blackout. (Photo attached of the blinds at 7.30am) Food needs improvement. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Both breakfast and lunch came out cold. Personally we didn’t find the food to be of high standard. We think the hotel has great potential however it did not meet our expectations.

Positive: offered stunning sunset views over the water. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
Negative: The breakfast selection could have included more variety of international food, and offering a buffet would have been perfect. The à la carte menu options were too limited, and most of the meat dishes were not available during my stay.
Summary: A memorable and relaxing escape in a truly unique floating resort setting.

Positive: The accomodation set up is very nice, located not too far from the airport. Nice floating rooms combined with green houders in between. Nice pool and restaurant and very friendly staf.
Negative: The room quality is not in line with the room price. Especially the bathroom is below par. Mold under the sink, the showerfloor was repaired but not very nucleus done and the showerhead was broken. When you charge +700 euro per night everything Shouf be perfect.
Summary: Very nice hotel but price quality is not in balance

Positive: The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. The food was exceptional Sri Lankan inspired fine-dining. We loved the design of the resort and all of the thoughtful additional activities. We were particularly impressed by the homegrown fruit and veggies. Our visit was early in the resort’s opening and therefore facilities such as the spa have not yet opened. We look forward to returning when everything is up and running in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay!
