Drive off the new tar sealed highway to our 300m private gravel driveway. Lovely hinterland farm low paddocks rising up to a crescent of forest mountains. Nearby is Timbertown a tourist historic village 1880 with steam train rides, horse and trap rides, whip cracking, oxen show. 40 buildings old houses & shops. Bago winery has a maze & lunch too.
Wauchope town has a river park, massive River suitable for water sports and canoe etc.
Waterfalls are nearby, rainforest & national parks.
Wauchope swimming pool and great shopping, 2 bowling clubs and pubs and a lovely Golf course with restaurant.
Billabong Zoo is a short drive of 40mins mins.
Fruit picking and good county pubs and restaurants & country villages & markets to see.
Or explore the farm, walk up to the highest peak. Lookout to where two rivers meet and see far reaching farm and mountain views. Walk to the reserve maybe a swim in the Hastings River.
Wandalla is a Black Angus Cattle farm in an elevated position with many beautiful Jacaranda trees & mixed forest on our mountains. A private area of 2 acres surrounds the barn, & surrounded by stunning mountain views

Summary: My family and I had the most amazing 4 nights away at this gorgeous property. Wendy and Jeff both went above and beyong to make our experience such a special time away. Such great people. The property was breath taking to walk into. Floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous mountain views. The bedrooms were enormous and perfectly presented. The wood fire inside kept us all cosy and warm and we had amazing family time around the fire pit outside. So much to do in the area including Bago Maze, strawberry picking at Ricardoes Tomato's, Billabong zoo and fun exploring the vast property. Kids loved feeding the chickens too. Plenty of room for them to kick a ball and play lawn games as a family. I can't recommend this property enough!!! We loved it and cannot wait to visit again soon. Thank you for having us! Summary: Consider this place if you have kids. Lots of stuff to do for them. Very nice and beautiful views from the house.

Summary: An amazing place with an absolutely beautiful outlook. Wendy and Jeff were lovely and even went to the trouble of custom building a firepit for our arrival! A fantastic way to spend a few nights with friends and plenty of beautiful drives and walks to experience. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a bit of peace, quiet and tranquillity - best of both worlds with beautiful accommodation and a campfire!

Summary: Overall the stay was excellent and enjoyed a lot. Moreover the hosts Wendy and Jeff are very friendly, helpful and nice people. We invited them for dinner and had dinner together and enjoyed company. They kept the property very clean and well maintained. Huge bedrooms and living area. Kitchen has everything what we wanted. Kids also enjoyed a lot. Beautiful mountain views and sceneries from the huge glass doors. Saw ducks and hens as well. We would like to come back again and stay for long. Due to Easter we couldnt get stay for longer period as the property is fully booked. Thanks again Wendy and Jeff :)

Summary: Wendi and her Husband is probably one of the kindest people I’ve met. Her response time is quite fast, and her instructions are crystal clear. Her place was absolutely beautiful and I loved every moment of my stay. This is definitely somewhere you want to stay, and hate when you have to leave.

Summary: Jeff and Wendy are great hosts, and so lovely! Responded very quickly, and were very accommodating to our needs/requests. Pictures on the internet do not do this property justice wow factor. The place was brilliant, great value for money. This is such a stylish and very cosy place. We would definitely recommend.
