Summary: A very comfortable hotel. Spacious room with a kitchenette. Good breakfast and location. Only concerning issue was the Wi-Fi which was hit and miss - frustrating as I needed to work.

Summary: A nice stay here in this hotel centrally located in the financial district. Our room was comfortable with a decently sized bathroom. Staff were friendly and very eager to please, making for an overall very pleasant two-night stay.

Summary: Bolton is located in the central city so it’s close to everything. The valet parking is a very useful service. Lovely hotel with very courteous and helpful staff.

Summary: Our stay was marred by our poor check-in experience with the duty manager, who, after apologising for keeping us waiting to check-in, then proceeded to answer a telephone call and keep us waiting for a further five minutes. His manner was also somewhat perfunctory, rather than friendly. We had a good-sized room, but the bathroom was a little tired, especially the plastic shower unit. We were also surprised to find that we were charged extra for our espresso coffees at breakfast.
