Summary: Small room but everything you need on hand Great view overlooking beach and very helpful manageress on hand Free parking outside, bar and restaurant across the way Will defo stay again, good price as well

Summary: I stayed in Room 10 with my daughter - we were going to Latitude Festival on Saturday and stayed Fri and Sat night. Self check in easy - you get a text on the day with your keycode. Nice comfortable room and lovely sea breeze coming in through the window. Parking simple and free on the road plus loading spaces for you to drop off your luggage if you can't get parked right outside. Will come again for festival next year. Town itself a little run down, lots of places preferring cash only. Ate at a Nice Wetherspoons just a 6 min drive away. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Summary: I have just had an excellent two-day stay here. My room was incredibly clean, modern and had everything I needed, even USB sockets for charging my phone. Incredibly easy to check in too. Would not hesitate in coming back should the need arise. Thank you Nicki and team. Love Jayne xx
