Bonita National Golf and Country Club is an amenity-rich, gated, private golfing community. This beautiful first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was built in November 2015 and overlooks the first tee on this 18 hole Gordon Lewis designed course. Optional golf club membership of $532.50 (for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 21) per household per stay, allows unlimited golf for only the cart fee of $100 per person for 18 holes (November thru April) and $50 (May thru October).
In addition to the golf amenities, social membership includes use of the brand new 8 floodlit court tennis club, fully equipped gym and exercise classes, pool-side restaurant, resort style pool, whirlpool and spa. In addition, the brand new clubhouse has two further restaurants. These 5 star, luxury amenities are just minutes walk from this unit!
Upscale shopping, restaurants and night life are a short drive away, as well as the beautiful Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach.
I-75 is close by and Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers approximately a 20 minute drive.
This turnkey condo is beautifully furnished and fully equipped, with 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) each with their own bathroom. Eating areas for 8 and a great furnished lanai to sit and watch the sunset over the lake.
A laundry room with washer and dryer included, together with a separate storage area with beach chairs and beach umbrella for your use.
Note the golf course is closed for maintenance on: May 28 thru June 7; July 8 thru July 18; September 5 thru September 12 and every Tuesday in June, July and August 2024.

Summary: Excellent location...the development backs into a nature preserve so you are surrounded by beauty without the noise of most Florida locations. The development has many luxury features: pools, spas, golf, tennis. The actual VRBO is a little tired...could use some freshening up, but has everything you need. The property manager was always responsive and helpful.

Summary: Condo was in good condition and nicely decorated. So it felt more like a home then a rental. Shirt drive to anything needed. Nice pool and clubhouse. Property very well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.
