You'll love the stunning views of the beach and bay from this lovely beachfront home. Bonita Vista features a huge mezzanine party deck to relax or entertain with a breeze and plenty of shade, in addition to an upper level wraparound deck. Enjoy both the sunrise and sunset from this home located in a quieter part of the Bolivar Peninsula. You are just steps from the beach to enjoy the sun, shell hunting, or fishing!
The great room offers comfortable furniture, separate dining table, and island seating. You will also love the well-stocked kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you will need (including a regular drip coffee maker). There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience!
Bonita Vista offers three bedrooms plus a roomy loft, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. Bedrooms one and two have one queen bed in each. The third bedroom has two full size beds. The loft utilizes traditional stairs, and features 5 twin beds - it is a great separate space for the kids to sleep and hang out! All bedrooms and the loft have televisions with DirecTV.
With room for everyone inside and out, we know you will love your vacation at Bonita Vista!
Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are welcome with a fee. Cargo lift is not available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit the peninsula 3-5 times a year.. we have stayed in several beach houses on the beach and on the Bay.. the location and the views of Bonita Vista were magnificent!! Literally 10 feet from the beach!! The home does need some serious TLC.. a deep clean, there was a strong smell of mold in the master bedroom.. we could not use it.. but overall we were happy and would stay again.

The beach was never too crowded and the deck under Bonita Vista is amazing!!! The only complaint was that the home has carpet. Thank you Swede’s for a great vacation!

Reviewer Comments: House was not completely clean, A/C don't blow good A/C filter needs replaced, several lights burned out, upper floor porch lights do not work, Refrigerator has a odor when you open the door, I'm not one to complain but this needs to be addressed for future renters
