Positive: Very clean, fresh linen, lots of household appliances. Excellent view from the window, especially in the evening. It's very quiet at night.
Negative: Old, scratched dishes, one tiny cutting board (apparently that's why everyone cuts on plates), one old frying pan, and the second frying pan is not suitable for induction cooking and is impossible to cook on.
Summary: Nice apartment for 4 people with great location

Positive: - The view from the kitchen of the Sagrada Familia was breathtaking. - The apartment's furnishings were simple, modern, and minimalist—which was my requirement. - Public transportation in all directions was close by. - The surroundings were great.
Negative: - Unfortunately, everything could be heard, both from other rooms and from the neighbors. - The drain in the second bathroom with the shower unfortunately smelled the whole time. - The kitchen equipment was okay for three people, but there was only one dishwasher tablet (which, for a three-day stay, you don’t want to spend extra money on 20 more), and absolutely no dish towel to dry the dishes. - There was a washing machine in the apartment, but no drying rack or space to dry clothes, so we had to dry them by hanging them around the apartment.
Summary: We really enjoyed our stay overall, great surroundings, nice view in appartment.

Positive: Very nice apartment with everything you need in few blocks from Sagrada in very nice district - the shops and few bars are in the same quarter, the 2 metro stations are in 5-10 minutes walk.
Negative: Very poor sound insulation. Did not spoil our vacation at all, but in two spare bedrooms - if someone wakes up in the night, you will hear it quite well))) As well as the neighbors through the inside windows and doors.
