The Space:
Bonney Tiny House sits in the small town of Meningie, on the southeast side of Lake Albert. It's just an hour's drive from Adelaide and Cape Jervis beaches, which can be reached in 2 hours by car. Nearby accommodation Victor Harbor, Port Elliot, and Coorong National Park.
A comfortable stay that offers guests the opportunity to enjoy two paddocks, a lakefront, and the company of various livestock, including cows, goats, chooks, and geese. Complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom includes a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the propertyโ€”two tiny houses are located on the same paddock. They are 25 m away from each other separated by a tree and Bonney is 15m away from caretaker's cottage as shown on photos. If you want to book in groups, you can contact the land host ahead of time to make arrangements.

- No WiFi and no mobile reception
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We recommend you to bring appropriate shoes during rainy season
- Dont forget to close windows, and lock doors when leaving the tiny house
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Expect unfenced livestock or farm animals freely roaming around the property
- No smoking inside, except in specific places such as the covered carport and gravel driveway
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- Make sure to close the doors and windows, turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g especially chargers)
- Official fire ban starts November 2022 until further notice. During this period, any kind of fire activities will be unavailable for use.

- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests

- Due to limited space inside the tiny house, only small dogs above 2 years old are allowed.
- Pets are allowed inside the tiny house, however, they must be kept on leash at all times as unfenced livestock is present on the property.

Summary: Tiny away Boney cabin was very nice. We had amazing time, Host Monica was very welcoming and she gave us a tour of all the area around , lake and also let us feed the animals staying at farm ( pig, goats and alapacaโ€™s). Summary: What it says on the tin, pretty much all you could want from a tiny getaway. Beautiful location, but if you ever lose power, just check the cord out back, the geese are known to unplug it!
