Positive: The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It felt luxurious, with everything you needed, and was a great base for exploring the Isle of Skye.
Negative: I would say it was very expensive for what it offered, and I would have expected breakfast to be included at that price. We booked it mainly because it was one of the few places available in Skye at the last minute.

Positive: The Hotel is a rather nice property and has everything that is advertised. We rented on of the "Bonnie Lodge" suites, which is two bedrooms, one with a fold out bed. As usual, the beds are quite small and you have to fight your spouse for the blanket.
Negative: The fold out bed/sofa is of a very low quality. The mattress really is thinner than 4cm and ahs a lot of springs pushing up through it. Had to ask for an extra matress cover (which they didn't have); Got an extra Duvet to put on top of the mattress which helped a littel bit. The staff is friedly and helpful, although you could see and notice that most if not all of them consisted of help hired for the summer, which were apparently untrained or not well managed. The actual rooms were lacking places to put your stuff. In total, the property was hopelessly overpriced and I would not recommend paying the extra that is asked when compared to similar accomodations.

Negative: In room 6 the street light shine through the door window which was very distracting!! The beds were in strange places or couldn’t see tv etc

Positive: Staff was exceptional, went out of their way to help. Room was even better than the pictures online, clean, maintained, very comfortable.

Negative: We missed having a mini fridge in our room The espresso machune was out of order during our 3 nights stay so we drank pressed coffee instead of a cappuccino

Negative: We had asked for a quiet room but other guests very close and made a huge racket between midnight and 1 am. Very hard to sleep. I don't think this is the hotel's fault, but was unfortunate.
