Surrounded by lush greenery and set within a small private community, Bonnie & Piper are two mirror-image homes positioned 100m apart on opposite sides of a freshwater lake. Wilyabrup Vineyard Estate offers you the opportunity to visit an array of wineries and breweries that are all within a stone's throw of your front door. Built with high-quality finishes, these spacious residences offer a perfect blend of modern luxury and natural serenity.
Step inside to a beautifully styled open-plan living area with plush sofas, a cosy slow-combustion fireplace, and large windows framing the stunning outdoor views. The dining area comfortably seats your group, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts a large 900mm oven, gas cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease. Step onto the covered deck to take in the stunning lake views, enjoy an alfresco meal on the BBQ, or unwind in the outdoor lounge area. After a day exploring the region, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower.
Each home features four spacious bedrooms, including two king suites with private ensuites for added convenience. Another shared bathroom with a bath services the remaining rooms, which include a mix of queen and bunk beds designed for children only. Every bedroom is fitted with air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort, while a dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot for remote work or planning your next adventure.
For added convenience, each home includes a full laundry with a washing machine and dryer, making longer stays effortless, plus double garage parking. A small starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require more firewood during your stay, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Please note: The bunk beds have a weight limit and are designed for children only. The property also has unfenced access to deep water, so children must be supervised at all times.

Summary: Bonnie and Piper are lovely homes , with modern decor and spacious. The main bedroom had great views of the lake. Ourdoor furniture is worn and the stools had rust, really need replacing. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat. The area was peaceful and the kids loved the kayaks. It was an enjoyable 4 days. loved the

Summary: It’s hard to please 4 families with 9 kids from ages 6 to 13, but this place managed. Beautiful spacious rooms meant no arguing about who went where, a fantastic open kitchen/ living area had room to cook for and feed everyone, and best all, the lake and grounds meant the kids ran, kayaked and played all day while the adults could chill. Just perfection.

Summary: Beautiful views and clean houses. There should be a clearer note about the coffee machine and the pods it requires and clearer instructions for the speakers. Other than that, it was a 10/10 stay.

Summary: We loved the two properties! The location is fantastic and the houses themselves are really lovely, spacious and well maintained. The basic starter pack of essentials (toilet paper etc) could be expanded to include tissues and shampoo, and more dishwashing tablets are required when you have 10 people in the house across 4 days. Apart from that, we would recommend to our friends for sure.
