This 2022 new build was custom built as an exclusive rental property for the discerning guest. Modern and luxurious furnishings, spa bathrooms, a pool table, and 5- 65inch TVs. The spacious chef's kitchen features top of the line appliances and is outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The living areas exude comfort and style inviting casual conversation, a game of pool or a a few spontaneous hands of cards. The enormous back yard overlooks hundreds of acres of heritage oak trees in an endless savannah-like vista as far as the eye can see. The front yard overlooks a neighboring vineyard reminiscent of Tuscany. The setting is ideal for relaxing or entertaining, with a pristine negative edge pool with in-pool loungers, hot tub, swim up bar, cabana and multiple outdoor living areas. It is all “fun & games” with a hardscaped yard game area, fire pit, hammocks, and outdoor kitchen with built in grill, and plenty of seating to watch a football game on the outdoor TV.
