Renovated and up-to-date 3 bed and 3 bath home just steps down a gently sloping yard onto a walk board, leads you to the crystal clear water of Lake Martin. A massive oversized pier with 5 loungers gives you plenty of room for laying in the sun or a table for 6 under the gazebo when it’s too hot! Our house gives you plenty of options. On the main level, you will have plenty of room for family in the open great room, kitchen with coffee and wine bar and dining table for 8, seating for 4 at the island gives you lots of options. Down the hall, is a full bathroom, a laundry room, guest bedroom with a queen bed and the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bath at the end of the hall. Down a flight of stairs to the lake level is another bedroom to the right with a king bed and adjacent second living area with your choice of pullout sofa with queen mattress that sleeps 2 or a Murphy Bed with queen bed that sleeps 2. Inside the round metal cocktail table are sheets pillows and blankets for both. A full bath with shower is adjacent and door to lake completes the downstairs space!

Summary: The property was amazing! Plenty natural light and amazing views of the lake. Sleeping arrangements were excellent. Short drive to the locations we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!

Summary: Everyone just could not get over how well maintained, clean and well stocked this lake house was. The owner even had fall decorations out for us which were so tastefully done as were all of the decorations in this home. We cooked & ate in and had everything we needed to prepare great meals. I've stayed at my share of vacation homes and this one was by far the nicest one so far. The owner was very responsive to our needs and returned all communications promptly. We will do a return trip here again as soon as we possibly can.

Summary: We had a wonderful, relaxing week celebrating our 30th anniversary at this beautiful lake house. It had an amazing view and was well kept. Susan was a pleasure to communicate with and she responds very quickly. Had no issues at all. Already looking forward to our next visit to this location!

Summary: What an amazing home! Everything was just perfect. House was fully stocked from, bed linens to bath towels to disposable hand towels. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soaps and dish soap. They even supplied little travel shampoo bottles! The fullly stocked kitchen making cooking a breeze! Everything was thought of, no detail forgotten! The view and the quiet cove and awesome dock views made for an unforgettable 2 week stay. We had a storm that took out power out, our host was very communicative making sure to send me her text updates as she got them. I have nothing negative to say about this stay. Would definitely love to come again!!

Summary: This is our fourth time staying at this property. It’s absolutely perfect. Location, cleanliness, everything about it. The host is very nice, prompt to respond, and accommodating.
