12 year old 4,000 sq. ft. private lakefront home has everything you are looking for. It features breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from each of the two large deck levels partially covered and the floor to cathedral ceiling windows in the great room. Our gorgeous home is situated on a very gentle slope with no steps to climb, ensuring that you aren't so exhausted that you can't enjoy the lake. . (See details below) The walkway to the new private covered boat dock which features a slip for renters and a swim platform and 2 jet ski dock. Close to the dock is a lovely, shaded patio with table and chairs and swing and hammock close by. Great to relax and watch family on dock and playing in the water. There is a large new firepit with plenty of seating and firewood. The downstairs rec room has a TV, sectional and ping pong table, laundry room, wet bar and half bath.

House is located fifteen minutes from main highway in a gorgeous wooded, 190 acres tract. Very private, there are only 6 homes on this tract of land.
Wireless internet and Direct TV provided. The nearest marina, for boats to be launched, is Powell Valley Marina. Flat Hollow Marina is also close. The dock is brand new with covered boat slips and partially covered swim platform. Easy swim steps at the house features one dock slip for renters and a 12’ x 24’ swim platform with deep ladder and jet ski dock.

Summary: We had a great week! The house was set up perfectly for our group of 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Easy lake access from the house was such a treat compared to some of the other homes we have stayed in at Norris Lake.

Summary: This home was a perfect fit for our group of 13! The location is gorgeous and secluded- lake was perfection and proximity to the marina was ideal. The house was well stocked for all of our family meals and the layout worked great with the adults in the 4 primary suites and kids in the loft bedrooms. Beds were comfy! The incline to the lake was a bit better than some places we have stayed and the dock was simply amazing! We spent most of our time by the water so the extra space for all the toys and our boat rental was key! Fire Pit and comfy chairs were enjoyed nightly. The back deck was our favorite with ample comfy seating for everyone. Owners were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Even the early Sunday morning FaceTime to help us realized my MIL put the water in the wrong spot when we couldn't get the coffee maker to work! Haha! Thanks for a great stay and allowing us to make amazing memories!

Summary: The home and property were exactly as described. Comfortable and well stocked. The only downside, and this cannot be helped by the owners, was the traffic on the lake in front of the house. It is not in a "no wake" zone and on the way to and from the Powell marina. Boats zoom past within feet of the dock, rocking the dock to the point of being unsafe. Admittedly we were there the week of Fourth of July so one of the busiest however, a little disclosure is probably necessary so guest know what they are getting into. All in all a lovely stay.

Summary: Loved the property and the location. Very nice accommodations with a big kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Spacious and comfy. Nice home accents and touches. We enjoyed the ping pong table a lot! A/C nice and cold. Just felt relaxed and joyful all week. It was our first time at this property and we already booked for next year!

Summary: The house was just as pictured/described online. There is adequate room for all the adults as well as the 3 little ones (2 year old and two 7 month olds) as well as plenty of extra baby supplies throughout! Was a good covered dock that suited our needs just fine! Would stay again!

Summary: We are a group of 6 couples , we are all in our 60’s . We love this home and have came two years straight , it’s very relaxing , has a nice big kitchen , awesome fire pit and deck with plenty of tables and chairs, we love the host/hostess as well , very easy to communicate.

Summary: This is our second year staying at this home , the owners are very helpful and are quick to respond to any questions , this house is well stocked with all the essentials the lake lot is perfect no stairs to the lake , very close to powell valley marina to launch boats, .. absolutely the best rental we have had in a big house on Norris lake .. highly recommend
