Summary: The place was perfectly set up with a big living room and nice outdoor covered patio with hanging lights. It had a very welcoming feel to it. The owner was exceptional with communication and ensured we had everything we needed for a great weekend at the lake!

Summary: We loved staying at Grahams getaway! It’s the perfect lake house! Large kitchen, plenty of beds, washer & dryer, games and much more. Lots of room to enjoy being together with family & friends. Close enough to Powell Valley whether you want to walk to the marina, drive or ride your bike. Our kids loved going back & forth from the campgrounds to the house and we felt safe letting them do that. We will for sure be booking it again! Thanks again for Everything!

Summary: The cleanliness was mediocre at best there was stuff all over the floor including a little bit of trash. I'm not sure who's cleaning the place but there's no way the carpets were vacuumed and the floors were swept. When we pulled the covers back to go to bed in the back room by the kitchen there was stuff all over the sheets not quite sure what it was there was some kind of residue sticky stuff all over the counters we had to wipe them down before we could put anything on them.I'm pretty sure it was cleaner when we left than what it was when we got there but yet we got charged a cleaning fee. If the place was cleaned it would have been a very nice place to stay no one should have to pay for a cleaning fee and then have to clean.
