Summary: This property was quiet, clean and exactly as advertised. It was a wonderful out-of-the way woods retreat. The cabin was complete with internet and dish TV available. The development is a bit compact and units are very close together but neighbors were quite and the woods are close. Very Nice!

Summary: Beautiful quiet location, easy check in, well maintained accommodations and comfortable beds Only downside was the reservoir that is not. It is little more than a pond right now despite our early July visit And we would definitely recommend the BBQ at GreenSprings (66 Smokehouse BBQ)

Summary: Stayed for a few days in early April with my three kids. Very cozy and comfortable home base in the mountains outside Ashland. Everything was clean (including the hot tub—which isn’t always the case in my experience, so it was very appreciated). Beds were comfortable. TV worked well for watching movies. Cabin is a distance from Ashland, so if you’re planning to visit town just know that it’s about 35-40 minutes. That said, it was a relatively easy drive with beautiful views and potential wildlife sightings. I also appreciated the prompt response from property management about local road conditions. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We were very happy with cabin #51. It looked exactly as the pictures. The furniture was really nice, the kitchen was stocked well, the bedding was comfortable and the hot tub was such a bonus. Only complaints were that when taking a shower, water would get all over the floor…they need to install a door. And second, we wished there was a bit more privacy while in the hot tub…it’s fully visible to the cabins next door. Otherwise a great stay and we were happy:)

Summary: Everything was as explained, with some extra sweet bonus touches (we arrived in a heatwave and were treated to fans blowing and popsicles in the freezer!). The kids loved their loft, and we loved the location and coziness. This place had everything we needed for a great week away. Can't recommend it enough!

Summary: Our coast-raised children were in awe of the snow. We sat in the hot tub as the snow fell several times. The stars were beautiful when it cleared. We hiked through the property sinking in the snow. Built a snow-girl and went sledding at the snow park down the street. We were thankful to have rented a SUV with AWD. It handled the roads, that were covered in snow and ice, like a champ. Thank you for an amazing place to create family memories. We plan to return.
