Summary: The staff was nice but inflexible. My room had minor issues: microwave table didn't turn (so they replaced it), the shower faucet dripped loudly and lacking a "do not disturb" sign. Also, no breakfast available, but I thought expedia listed breakfast included. Finally, not a bad place, but location is "light industrial".
