Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Suite. The apartment is spacious, with tasteful and simple interior design that feels both elegant and comfortable. It was spotless and well-maintained. The neighborhood is wonderful—safe, green, and surrounded by beautiful trees. Waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying the view from the window in the morning was a real highlight. The location is also excellent, with great transport connections to the city center. Plus, you can easily walk to the Borghese Gardens and Galleria Borghese, which was a big advantage. Communication with the hosts was fantastic—they were very welcoming, provided great recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed. The apartment is also well-equipped with amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso machine, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. We highly recommend Magnolia Suite and would love to stay here again!

Positive: Close proximity to the Borghese park and palace. Love the Parioli neighborhood. It is far from the crazy rush of the tourists in central Rome. Really pleasant area with plenty of shops and cafés and restaurants. Special treat were the parakeets that took residence in the trees outside of the room.

Positive: Hosts were very kind and helpful, making one truly feel welcomed. Rooms were clean, well equipped with the necessary facilities to use it as an apartment for a (smaller) family for shorter and longer stays. Great location in very pleasant neighbourhood.

Positive: I stayed in total 4 nights. The apartment was big, the furniture was lovely, the air conditioning was great, and by that i mean it was silent and it was positioned in such a way that it did not blow right on top of your head. The AC is a big issue in Rome, during summer. You can not sleep without it and if it is noisy than you are in for some poor sleep. The building which housed the apartments is spectacular and very well maintained. You have a sense of security. The host was very nice, it was very easy to collect the keys. Also the host has a small notebook(in IT and ENG) which goes over the property rules and also provides helpful info like nearby supermarkets, restaurants, a map, and so on. The location is nice, i liked it. It took me about 30 minutes to walk to Piazza del Poppolo(one of the edges of the Centro Storico). If that is too much you can just take a taxi. I recommend the app FreeNow or Uber(which has just Black but you can call a taxi through Uber as well). If it was not so hot I would have probably walked every day towards the center but in 40 degrees Celsius I prefered the taxi. If you like locations that are 2 minutes walking distance to the Centro Storico, this one is not for you.
Negative: The only thing that could have been better was the shower, the bathroom as a whole in fact. It is not a bad one, i would rate it 8.5/10 but the rest of the property is 10/10.
Summary: I highly recommend the property and will stay here again next time when I will be in Rome.

Positive: The location was great, just a few minutes walk away from Borghese gallery and the beautiful park. The host was very welcoming and caring, we were offered earlier checkin and a lot of information about the apartment and Rome in general. Definitely recommend it for a long stay and stay with the kids and family!
