Positive: The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we saw some beautiful sunrises on our stay. Checking in was easy, and Paulo and his son met us and showed us around. They also supplied a garage space for parking. Paulo was easily contactable, very polite and nothing was any trouble. The apartment was in a fantastic location next to the piazza and in the old town of Atessa, which was a beautiful part of the town, clean streets, and friendly residents. We booked the accommodation as we were viewing houses in the area and happy to say we are now in the process of buying a house just a 10 minute drive from this lovely town. We hope to book in again with Paulo when we need to come over for more visits before we finalise the purchase our new home. We would happily recommend this apartment.

Positive: Nice antique reproductions. Great view from balconies. Comfortable beds.

Negative: Many, many stairs we weren't expecting, apartment had a foul odor, hard to find nearby restaurant with parking near.

Positive: Loved the location and size of the apartment it was very spacious and comfortable. The parking is easy and very close to the apartment. Also . cafes, shops and a supermarket are within a short walk and the host is very helpful and hospitable.

Negative: The apartment had a stuffy odour when you enter which was very unpleasant. The apartment washing machine was not working well and unfortunately ruined some of our clothes. Also the apartment has allot of little ornaments which are dusty and make it tricky to have space to place your own items.

Positive: Everything was amazing in the property. Everything thing one would want was provided for us. I have never been in such a well provided residence in all my many years travelling
