Positive: Actually the accommodation, staff, views and overall experience exceeded our expectations. It was one of the most wonderful girl weekend ever! Will recommend this place for the quick or longer getaway in the heartbeat. Thank you for having us and taking care with such attention.

Positive: We had the most fantastic stay in Il Borgo del Gatti. The property consists of a number of small houses that have been renovated to accommodate guests. The town is quant and cute, and there is free parking. The rooms are super comfortable. We had a two bedroom with a full kitchen, which enabled us to cook a night or two. There is the most amazing breakfast - savory cheeses and sausage, fresh eggs, local pastries, yogurt and more. Every morning the basket s left outside your door, and picked up when you are finished. There is a fabulous spa, which is free to guests for 90 minutes a day. Massages are extra, but we had one and it was the best ever. The town of Golferenzo, in which Il Borgo is located, is situated in the middle of vineyards that rival Tuscany. The local wine is delicious - pinot nero is the most prevalent grape grown here. Paola, the very lovely manager, is so helpful, and available to answer any and all questions, as well as offer great suggestions for restaurants, etc. We loved every minute of our stay here, and hope to return.

Positive: Golferenzo is an absolute gem. The hospitality was flawless, kind, and attentive. The breakfast basket in the morning rich and delicious. The Borgo is also filled with very well cared for cats... which for us for a wonderful plus. We're looking forward to coming back soon!

Positive: This place is magical. So much amazing details at the same time you have everything you need for a perfect stay. Located in village in the country with picturesque scenes there and on the way there. Convenient parking. All apartaments are located on different sports but 1 min away from each other. Breakfast is served in the room-all homemade style with amazing taste. In the room there is kitchen with cooking accessories, coffee machine. Restaurant in the village is 100 out of 10 :) the feeling is like being your grandma guest. Worth every minute spent here. Paula thank you for the great hospitality.

Positive: Nice house among vineyard hills. House was cozy and comfortable with shared garden with 2 other houses. Amazing pool with a view. Breakfast BIO, fresh and delicious, delivered to your house.
Negative: We are used to have breakfast early, then going out for a trip , so waiting for the breakfast basket around 08.30- 09.00 was not the best option for us. Kitchen was missing a couple of basic things, like cutting board for example

Positive: Breakfast was brought to the room in a basket and it was copious; varied and healthy with great feeling for local food. It was a pleasure to see the basket every single morning. Lovely white wine to welcome us to the house and a wonderful pool with a view!
Negative: We could have done with a kettle for boiling water for tea and perhaps a microwave oven but we made do with what was there and had no trouble improvising a little bit.
Summary: A truly Northern-Italian rural holiday set in the most beautiful landscape with friendly people.
