Positive: Peace of mind.

Negative: Bed mattresses are poor. Breakfast is very poor. Sound insulation between rooms is bad. There are no cafes or food shops around 14 km. The hotel offers its own dinners, but the prices are illogically expensive. The sea is one kilometer away, but the beach is 25 kilometers away!!!

Summary: If you're not a monk or a hermit, you'd better look for another hotel.
