Positive: Layout. Comfortable mattresses. Parking. Location.
Negative: Minimal kitchen equipment. No mixing bowl supplied. 2 of the 3 sharp knives need replacing. Very blunt. Couldn’t even cut through cheese. Lacking spare light bulbs for bedroom ceiling fixtures. Cobwebs around radiator in living room and end of bunk beds. Supply of a vacuum cleaner would have been helpful. Sink blocked in bathroom with shower. Dangerous trip hazard: threshold between utility room and kitchen. One of us tripped over and fell on the high metal bar threshold, causing a painfully bruised shin and knee because it was not seen. Threshold should have yellow and black striped tape on it as a danger warning, as it is UNSAFE. Advertised playhouse in garden in very poor condition. Dirty inside, with only one dirty wicker chair as furnishings. Unsuitable to advertise it as an attractive feature. Swingset frame not pegged down- UNSAFE. Suggest thorough inspection and rectification by Fresh Air Agency and Booking.com.

Positive: We liked the property in general. We had a weeks holiday with 6 persons and it was fine to stay in the house while out most of the day. The surroundings are quiet and parking was possible for 2 cars.
Negative: The house is not really suitable for older people or anybody with difficulties walking or hard of seeing due to risk of trips on the doors. Also the property has no ventilation system and being in the kitchen/living room requires to have at least one window open. As an older person I would have liked one comfortable seat in the living room. Saucepans provided for cooking were insufficient and the power of the cooker hob hardly allows for any proper meal preparation (one saucepan at the time, more power is not available). Going in and out of the bath is tricky as no handle is provided.
