Summary: Fabulous boutique hotel! So much charm and the room was great. Location was perfect and the breakfast was good. The best part was the staff- incredibly kind and more than helpful. I don’t know if the woman we spoke to was the owner, but she was amazing- she had restaurant recommendations and told us where to go to walk around the town.

Summary: Small, comfortable inn. We were offered the penthouse and took it. Although it was up three flights, it was an easy walk. We were able to enjoy a large balcony, living room, bedroom and bath. The morning breakfast of fruit parfait and pastry left at the door was excellent. Nice walkable location to shopping and restaurants on the waterfront. And on site parking was a bonus.

Summary: Breakfast pastries and parfait were tasty. Immediate neighborhood has some of the best dining options in Newport. We had expected it to be noisy but our room, #12, was nice and quiet.
