Positive: The location was perfect. The room was immaculate and beautiful. The Harborside staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Negative: Our only issue were the folks upstairs. They were loud and we could hear them walking around late at night but we know it’s an old building.
Summary: We had an amazing few days in Newport while staying at Harborside Inn.

Negative: Breakfast was ok but I prefer more juice choices and since I try to limit gluten options there was only yogurt and fruit but the staff member was super nice.
Summary: Great location with super nice people. Definitely recommend

Positive: Received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Unit was very clean and the location was great.
Negative: The continental breakfast had very few items/selections. Would love to have Blackout Curtains for all windows instead of white shades. The room was so bright from 6am until sunset.

Positive: We stayed here for a one night stay on New Year’s Eve. The location was fantastic. Close walk to everywhere we were going. It was very clean, quiet and our room had a small balcony. We saved almost $300 by staying here versus some of the other local hotels and it was perfect for us. There was parking out front. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was basic but still nice to have a quick bite before checking out.
Negative: I showered early and had a nice hot shower. My husband showered shortly after me and the water was luke warm at best.
