Summary: The rooms were a good size and the facilities themselves were nice. The staff in the calabash restaurant were kind and welcoming and the staff up early in the morning cleaning the pool were friendly. Nice location at a reasonable cost. Beach was clean and well maintained as were the public areas. Shame that the kids pool was in the shade most of the afternoon and you couldn’t use the main pool as it is adults only. Also, we had a bit of a bug problem in our kitchen area. Small cockroach like bugs were present as soon as we arrived. Didn’t cause too much of an issue but was a bit gross and unexpected.

Summary: Great housekeeping, friendly front desk, outstanding beach, wide variety of guests from different countries, events were fun but very tame (not a bad thing), plenty of parking, helpful concierge services

Summary: Great place for families. Large rooms and staff is great. Beach is wavier than west coast, so you need to be careful with small children, but great for boogie boarding. 20 min walk to Oistins and 20min to the bottom of at Lawrence gap. Lots of places to eat within 5 min of the resort.

Summary: Its a nice mid sized hotel on the beach. Our main issue was with the room we were given. It turns out that we were given an 'upgrade' by the hotel. It may seem churlish to have an issue with an upgrade but in practice it did not give us what we wanted or had booked. We had booked a junior suite as it included a separate sitting area (i.e. sofas) and a good sized kitchenette. We were allocated the honeymoon suite which is in effect a small studio apartment but with a separate private sun terrace. In other words you sacrifice inside space for outside space. However, we are not sun worshippers and in practice it rained for 2/3 days and on the sunny says the terrace had no shade and was a sun trap making it unusable. During the rainy days we had nowhere to sit other than on the bed. We were only told about the upgrade when we asked why no sitting area as expected and that the hotel was full so no option to change. Dont get me wrong, we do not go away to sit in our room but inevitably there are obviously occasions where you spend time in your room and the room we were allocated did not guve us what we needed or had booked.
